No stock or filler in our kava, only the roots are dried and pounded
A package of our traditional Kava (called Ava in the Samoan language) weighs 1 POUND or 16 oz. (454 grams) and is in a resealable plastic bag. Traditional mixing instructions are available. There is presently in Samoa no way to test kavalactones.

All larger order are now shipped out in USPS Flat Rate Boxes as it is the
cheapest method. 10 pounds fits in the Regular Size USPS Flat Rate Box and
16 pounds fits in the Large USPS Flat Rate Box. (The shipping costs above
are not just the U.S.Postal mailing fee but also include a boat freight cost
which is charged per kilo for the shipping from Samoa to the U.S. post office
in American Samoa)
