Kava Bowl. Handcarved from one piece of dense hardwood (IFILELE tree wood)
so is heavy. This tanoa has very detailed designs carved around the top rim.
It has the traditional, dark luster patina from burying it in mud for a few
days and then polishing it with a pig's tooth. Has a lovely grain to the wood
on the inside of the bowl. It measures 12" wide and 4-1/2" high.
