


Shipping:
The Customer must pay shipping costs
prior to shipping. Delivery time could be from 2 to 4 weeks so customers
are advised that they may have to be patient as delivery times cannot be
predicted. This is the South Pacific and timelines are not always strictly
adhered to, which I have no control over. If you need reassurances about
the shipping processes please email us. If you are not agreeable to the
possibility of being patient then please do not order or email me for advice
on other shipping options. .
Insurance: All items
go out uninsurance. If a Buyer requests insurance then it is calculated
according to the USPS (or Samoan postal) insurance rates. We do not take
any responsible for Damage or Loss incurred to an uninsured item
by the shipping company during the time it is being shipped to the Customer.
We are Worldwide Shippers. All items to the U.S., Canada, E.U. and
ASIA are are SHIPPED out of AMERICAN SAMOA by United States Postal Service
(USPS) MAIL. This means that all items are TAKEN BY ME PERSONALLY
ONBOARD A SHIP (8 hours 1-way) as cargo to AMERICAN SAMOA
when the inter-island ship travels every 2nd week. This is the very cheapest,
trackable-to-destination, insurable and most reliable method of shipping
as the Samoan Post Office tripled their rates 2 years ago. Items to Australia/NZ
are shipped from SAMOA by AirMail Post (but depends on weight).
International Regulations: We are not responsible for the existence
of Regulations which may effect or limit, in any way, the shipping of items
to a Customer's country. The Customer agrees to be responsible for this
knowledge and any costs incurred regarding it.
Refunds: All items are carefully examined before packaging/shipping
and are seen to be in perfect condition, so a Refund is only given if the
item is deemed by both parties to be substantially not as described on this
website. Any damage which occurred during shipping is considered an Insurance
Claim and not subject to refund. Shipping fees are not refundable and the
customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping the item back
to us.
